Dry Ramen & Spicy Party Mix

Sweet, salty, and spicy snack mix featuring crushed ramen, nuts, and a hot honey glaze—made for sharing.

Ingredients
- 2 bricks instant ramen noodles, crumbled into bite-sized pieces (seasoning packets discarded)
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, cashews, peanuts, or pecans)
- 1/2 cup mini pretzel twists or pieces
- 2 tablespoons hot honey (or regular honey plus a pinch of cayenne)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup wasabi peas
- 1/4 cup sesame sticks
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for sweet contrast)
- Kosher salt, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine crumbled ramen, mixed nuts, pretzel pieces, wasabi peas, sesame sticks, coconut flakes, and a pinch of salt.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and hot honey together over low heat. Stir in cayenne if using.
- Pour honey-butter mixture over dry mix and toss until everything is well coated.
- Spread mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and fragrant.
- Remove from oven, let cool completely, then toss in dried cranberries and mini chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
